Warranty
Steerman Cycle LLC warranties all products for twelve months from the date of purchase or proof of installation date with unlimited mileage.
Warranty Disclaimer
Steerman Cycle LLC is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, punitive damages, consequential or incidental damages by using our products.
These warranties do not apply to (1) any other cost, including costs of removal, installation, diagnostic time, shipping and handling, and any other expenses associated with replacing the products (2) products which have been installed incorrectly or improperly (3) products that are new unused but are not defective (4) products which have been misused, modified or altered in any way (5) products that have been damaged by accidental or intentional fire, weather, act of God or other evert or hazard (6) products installed on vehicles used for commercial, fleet, Governmental, racing or otherwise modified (7) obsolete parts unavailable from Steerman Cycle LLC (8) products that have been transferred from the vehicle originally installed (9) products installed on any vehicle that has been modified outside original manufactured specifications not reported at time of purchase.
