Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
Most kits are made to order and take 3-5 business days to ship. Special order kits shipping times vary up to 2 weeks. All other orders will be shipped out as quickly as we can process. Process times may vary from 1 day up to 2 weeks.
Carriers
We use the following for our deliveries:
- UPS
- USPS
We will email/text tracking information for all EPS Kit orders. Tracking information may be requested for any other merchandise order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is included for all EPS Kits shipped in the lower 48 states. Please call for shipping quotes for all orders internationally shipping as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard shipping rates may be applied to all other orders.
Back Orders
If any item is back-ordered, we will ship all available items as per normal shipping processes. We will then ship back ordered items when available at no additional shipping cost.
